a00 Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification
This page covers the money operations your a00 account supports — from adding funds to sending a payout back to your wallet. You will find DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay and FPX listed as the deposit and withdrawal methods available where local law permits. Each method sits inside the Banking section of your account dashboard, reachable after login from the top navigation menu. Before your first withdrawal, account verification is a required step — documents are submitted through the same Banking section, and the current status of your submission is shown there after login. If you are depositing for the first time, start with the Deposit section below to see the exact steps. If you are checking on a payout, the Withdrawal and Transaction Records sections explain what reference details to keep and how to read the status labels. Support is available through our live chat channel for anything the dashboard does not resolve on its own.
Verification protects your account by confirming that payouts can only reach the wallet or bank account that belongs to you. We require a copy of your Malaysian identity card and a screenshot or statement from your registered e-wallet or FPX-linked bank account showing your name. Both documents are uploaded through the Verification tab inside your account Banking section. Once submitted, the review status updates automatically in your dashboard — you do not need to contact support to check progress, though live chat is available if the status does not change within the timeframe shown on screen. Completing verification once covers all future withdrawals.
Identity Document
Upload a clear photo of your Malaysian identity card. The name on the card must match the name registered on your a00 account exactly.
Wallet or Bank Statement
Provide a screenshot or recent statement from your DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay or FPX-linked account showing your full name and account number.
Submit Through Dashboard
Both documents are uploaded inside the Verification tab in the Banking section of your account. Status updates appear there automatically after submission.
One-Time Requirement
Verification is completed once. After approval, future withdrawals process through the same verified payout method without repeating the document step.
PAYMENT METHODS
Local Payment Options in Your a00 Banking Section
Your a00 account supports the following local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All methods are listed inside the Banking section of your dashboard after login. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions.
DuitNow
Instant bank transfer using your registered DuitNow ID. Select DuitNow in the deposit or withdrawal menu and follow the reference details shown on screen.
Boost
Fund your account or request a payout directly through your Boost eWallet. The Boost option appears in the Banking section alongside the transaction amount fields.
GrabPay
GrabPay is accepted for both deposits and withdrawals where available. Link your GrabPay wallet through the payment section of your account settings.
FPX Online Banking
FPX connects directly to your Malaysian bank account for transfers. Select your bank from the FPX list shown in the deposit flow and confirm through your bank's own screen.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Matching Your Wallet Transaction to Your a00 Account
After a deposit or withdrawal, two records exist: one in your a00 account history and one in your e-wallet or bank app. Keeping both in view is the fastest way to resolve any mismatch. The reference number shown at the end of a successful transaction ties the two records together — save it until the balance updates confirm the transfer completed.
Reference Number
Every transaction generates a unique reference number shown on the confirmation screen. Copy or screenshot this number before closing the page — it is the key detail our support team uses to trace a transfer.
Status Labels
Your a00 account history uses three status labels: Pending, Completed and Failed. A Pending deposit means the transfer is being matched to your account; Completed means the balance has updated; Failed means the funds were not received.
Account History Path
Transaction history is found under the History tab inside the Banking section of your dashboard. Each entry shows the method used, the amount, the date and the current status label.
Evidence to Keep
Keep your e-wallet or FPX bank transfer confirmation alongside the a00 reference number until your balance reflects the deposit. If a withdrawal shows Completed but your wallet has not received the funds, this evidence is what support will ask for first.
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS
How We Protect Your a00 Banking Activity
Every banking action on your a00 account passes through security checks designed to keep your funds and identity details tied to you alone. Domain, session and identity controls work together so that payouts reach only verified wallet owners. If anything looks unusual, our support channel is the direct path to a resolution.
Domain Check
Always access your account through the a00 domain. Bookmark it directly after your first login so you are never directed to a lookalike address. We do not send links asking you to log in through an unfamiliar URL.
Identity Verification
Account verification ties your payout methods to a confirmed identity document. This means a withdrawal can only reach a wallet or bank account registered in your name, reducing the risk of unauthorised transfers.
Wallet Ownership Confirmation
When you add a new payout method — DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay or FPX — the account name shown on that method must match your verified account name. Mismatched names are flagged before any transfer is processed.
Support Contact Path
If a transaction status does not update or you receive an unexpected account alert, contact us through the live chat button shown in the bottom corner of the Banking section. Do not share your account password with anyone, including support staff.
ADDING FUNDS
Deposit Into Your a00 Account
Adding funds to your a00 account takes four steps inside the Banking section of your dashboard. DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay and FPX are the methods listed there — all are local Malaysian payment rails, so no currency conversion is needed and the amount you enter is the amount deducted from your wallet or bank account. Open the deposit screen after login, pick the method that matches your preferred wallet or bank, and follow the fields shown on that screen for the amount and account reference. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen itself — we do not publish fixed limits here because they are shown accurately in your account at the time of transaction. Once the transfer confirms on the payment side, your a00 balance updates and you will see the deposit listed in your account History tab.
Open the Banking Section
Log in to your a00 account and navigate to Banking from the top menu. Select Deposit to open the deposit screen where all available local methods are listed.
Choose Your Payment Method
Select DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay or FPX from the method list. The screen updates to show the fields and reference details specific to that method.
Enter the Amount and Confirm
Type the amount you want to add. The screen shows the minimum and maximum for the selected method. Confirm the transfer and complete any authentication step your wallet or bank app requires.
Check Your Balance
After the transfer completes on the payment side, your a00 balance updates. Open the History tab in Banking to see the deposit entry and its status label.
REQUESTING PAYOUTS
Withdraw Funds From Your a00 Account
Withdrawals follow a similar path to deposits — everything happens inside the Banking section of your dashboard. Before your first withdrawal, account verification must be complete. Once verified, open the Withdraw screen and choose the payout method you want to use. The method must be one you have already added and verified under your account name. DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay and FPX are all available as payout routes where local law permits. Enter the amount you want to withdraw — the screen shows the range available for that method — then confirm the request. A reference number appears on the confirmation screen; save it until the funds arrive in your wallet or bank account. Withdrawal status is tracked under the History tab, and our live chat support is reachable from the Banking section if a status does not progress as expected.
Open Withdraw in Banking
Log in, go to Banking and select Withdraw. Your verified payout methods are listed there. If no method appears, complete the verification step first before proceeding.
Select Your Payout Method
Choose the DuitNow ID, Boost wallet, GrabPay account or FPX bank that is registered under your verified name. The payout will be sent to that destination only.
Enter Amount and Submit
Enter the withdrawal amount within the range shown on screen for your chosen method. Review the details on the confirmation screen, then submit the request.
Save the Reference Number
A reference number is shown after submission. Keep it alongside your wallet or bank details until the transfer appears in your payout account and the History tab shows a Completed status.
BANKING QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions About a00 Banking
Answers to the questions our members ask most about deposits, withdrawals, verification and transaction delays.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit into my a00 account?
DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay and FPX are the deposit methods available in the Banking section of your dashboard. All are local Malaysian payment rails. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions.
How do I know when my deposit has been credited to my account?
After a successful transfer, your a00 balance updates and a new entry appears in the History tab inside Banking. The status label will show Completed once the funds are credited to your account.
What documents do I need to complete account verification?
A clear photo of your Malaysian identity card and a statement or screenshot from your registered DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay or FPX account showing your full name. Both are uploaded in the Verification tab inside Banking.
Why is my withdrawal request showing a Pending status?
Pending means the transfer is being processed. Keep the reference number from your confirmation screen. If the status does not update to Completed within the timeframe shown on your withdrawal screen, contact support through live chat in the Banking section.
Can I use a different name on my payment method than the one on my a00 account?
No. The name on your DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay or FPX account must match your verified a00 account name exactly. Mismatched names are flagged before any transfer is processed, and the payout will not be released.
What should I do if a deposit did not arrive but my wallet was charged?
Save the reference number from the transaction and the confirmation from your wallet app. Open live chat through the Banking section of your a00 dashboard and share both pieces of evidence so our team can trace the transfer.
